I just flipped the scene over in 3D to make it kinda look like a card. You can do that 3D type stuff in Flash too now.

best part about it is how short and sweet it is. imo, if you have to give the option for skipping... its too long. love simple and minimalistic design. checked out your site. nice portfolio. good luck finding a job!

Deserves to be #1

Amazingly brilliant piece. Everything was perfect. Not only was the plot one-of-a-kind and emotionally touching, but the style of the animation couldn't match it more perfectly. Without the crinkled paper overlay, it would still look great, but it just makes it that much more visually appealing.

Harry, great music for this. Its different from your usual compositions but it couldnt compliment the animation better.

This is what Newgrounds needs more of. Well done guys.

animation was great & well synched to the song.

only reason im giving an 8 is because you kept the same animation for the chorus which was repeated 3 times... ahh soo annoying! spend the extra time and create new scenes :p i promise itll make it that much better.

besides that, great job!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha this was soo funny :p i love the way everyone talks. the real cutscenes should be replaced with these animations. then the cd-i might have been at least slightly entertaining to play.

hope you finish "my hotel mario cutscenes" one day! do it when your sister isnt around!! haha
